Overview

We have established a product that has no second as a reliable power supply in such environment with severe dust/moisture conditions in the field of engineering works through the accumulated achievements over the years.

Products are available from low voltage to high voltage of 11KV. The stored transformers are based from F to H type mold part, and the low/high voltage switch is stored inside.
The storage housing is basically made by melting galvanization for long life, and for the purpose of making it lighter with thin steel plate, at the same time making it robust and uniquelly structured.
They provide power to the worldwide tunnel and skyscraper construction fields.

Transformer for seacrafts

Overview

Seacraft products are different from land equipment in that the structure is made robust for the pitching/rolling and vibration that is unique to seacrafts, and so its structure and performance are based on ship classification and is required to pass the specific test.
From among those, we have acquired business approval by the Class NK, and we perform strict quality control to ship products to both domestic and overseas locations. We also strive to match our products to other worldwide ship classification standards.
As for the voltage specification, we provide ones from low to high voltage classes of 6600V.

K-Factor rating transformer

Overview

Current development in the IT equipment brings bad effect with the high harmonic wave that it emits, and this high harmonic wave can produce excessive heat as a result burning the general power transformers.
They have dealt with this issue from early stage in the western countries, and have standardized the content of high harmonic wave with K value. The power transformers that can withstand the K value are called the K-Factor transformers.
We have acquired the UL certification, and have delivered them to domestic IDC businesses and data centers with various types of K-factor transformers that we provide.

H type dry transformer

Overview

Transformers are roughly divided into two different categories, which are oil-immersed transformers that are immersed in the insulating oils and dry type transformers that have their coils exposed in the air. Dry type transformers are common for indoor equipment.
They are processed with insulation treatment including moisture prevention through varnish impregnation. Because of the temperature increase limit, insulation levels are classified into, and we call the standard as the "H class" to miniaturize. In addition, the H class temperature increase limit is specified to 140K, and the insulating material's maximum temperature is specified to 180℃. We provide products with reliability upon testing based on standards. The voltage range from low up to 6.6KV, and we provide different sized storing cases as well. Reference standards depending on volume and all other kinds are available.

F type Mold transformer

Overview

Transformer coil’s molds are mainly divided into two types, which are regular mold and moldless. Our company makes products through prepreg method moldless .
The prepreg method uses glass tape that has been impregnated with half-way cured epoxy resin and wind it inside and outside of the coil to heat it in drying ovens, as a result resin cures and forms the FRP layer.
This method has the characteristics that it is available in all kinds of products and the impedance voltage can be specified to customers’ settings.
Insulating classification is based on F class, and the voltage can be up to 11KV.

Transformer with overseas standards certification(UL/EN)

Overview

There are different standardisations for criterias not only for transformers but also for other electronic manufacturing.
IEC is one example of an international standard and JIS, JEM are domestic. However, in Europe and in North America, the reality is that they need to satisfy the “safety” standards strictly.We have received the certificates for UL and EN in order to keep up with this situation.

Surge-proof transformer

Overview

This power equipment consists of high voltage transformer with multiple shield and surge absorber, and its purpose is to protect the power equipment and communication device by absorbing the abnormal voltage that occurs in the commercial wireway in case of lightning. Reliability of power system will improve significantly as this product will reduce the surge voltage between the wireway and the ground to less than 1/1000(-60dB).

Small-sized operational transformer

Overview

Small-sized transformer is made based on JEM-1333 or JEC-2200, JEM1310 Standards, and we provide all types with different voltages.
We also have different insulation classes; A, E, B, F, and H, and make custom-made cases as well to satisfy our customer needs.
In addition, we make instrumental transformers of JIS C-1731 1.0class with specified voltages.

Reactor

Overview

We make these to customer specifications for AC or DC circuit wave filters, inverters and for overcurrent control such as rush current and starting current, and for power equipment of UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply).
We have structures with or without the iron core depending on purpose and customer specifications, and we adopt the winding structure that reduces the loss increase and the low loss iron core for high frequency strain wave shape filter reactor.
Voltage specifications are available up to AC6600V.
